Poptones in we must be released shocka!

The release dates of Viking Moses ‘Crosses’ and The Singleman Affair ‘Let’s Kill The Summer’ albums have been changed—to the 7th of August.  Due to the demand, we had to get some good, good people of Triad Publicity in to help with the press.

And remember Viking Moses is heading over to the uk in August and will be appearing at the Greenman Festival.  The Singleman Affair will be rocking it out Chicago styles at the Pitchfork festival and opening up for Six Organs of Admittance in July.

Cherrystones is on the move...

Cherrystones will be hitting LA to reinvent the psychedelic City of Angels during the first week of August before playing to the Greenman Festival freaks in August and then off to NYC to promote his two eps on Whatever We Want Records and the forthcoming compilation Cherrystones Word coming out on Poptones Records.

And he was involved in his accidental celebrity sighting when playing Folk on the Boat by accidently sitting on Sadie Frost.  Hooray!  Someone call Heat magazine right away!

Souls She Said/The Icarus Line

Souls She Said just played a blinding set to the folks at Dim Mak party with McGee DJ’ing.  Plans and documetations are being finalised to get the latest Icarus Line out on Poptones on Vinyl.  The record kicks. 

And in other news...

2007 will see the return of Trashmonk.  We spent 9 hours in the studio going over tracks that will make up his second album that will be released on Poptones Recording Corporation in 2007.  It will put the Flaming Lips to shame!  Sailboats are White were last spotted when lead singer was running naked down a crowded street for no apparent reason at all before being physically attacked by the keyboard player in the band.  So err.. look out UK when they come over here in the Autumn.  And finally, we are in the finishing touches with an Ex-Creation Superstar—whose had a string of critically acclaimed albums in the 90s and who has been talked out of reclusion for a brand new Poptones album in 2007.  I really want to say who but my windows have been threatened if I announce it—and so on that note, I’ll leave it there!
