Poptones.co.uk's Single of the Week

Novamatic asked us if we’d like to feature Dungen’s new video.  We said yes. Dungen was last year’s surprise.  Having risen out of the ashes of Swedish cultdom like fellow countrymen The Hives, they have been lauded pretty much everywhere and anywhere on a solid ‘net to know basis.  And Festival carries on the tradition of a band making the big psyche pop and suceeding—why?  Hard to say—from the vocals, to the subltle hip-hop beats and super phat guitar solos.  And b-side is a flute-driven prog-rock wonder. ‘Tis a winner.
